We completely remodelled this dated 1970’s house. The house was split level with the kitchen upstairs & bedrooms downstairs with family bathroom. The flow of the house was useless & not conducive to family life so we changed the layout & have completely renovated the tired house & brought it back to life. Starting with the downstairs loo… we built this in part of what was the old family bathroom downstairs. We knocked down walls, put in steel beams & re-jigged the space to accommodate a utility room with downstairs loo. Have a look at the downstairs loo… RAK ceramics with RAK led oval illuminated mirror. The light grey tile with decor tile gives a light an airy feel as there are no windows in the loo. So good lighting & good extractor was installed! The black accents flow throughout the house giving that modern contemporary feel.
