Meeting with Clients:
As customers are not permitted to attend our showroom to discuss ongoing installations, to make decisions on installations or for any other reasons we advise that these discussions are held via online meetings, telephone discussions or email. However, if they cannot be handled in this way and there are no other options we are permitted to attend the consumers’ homes, observing Covid-19 secure requirements, to discuss the work, show/demonstrate samples, show designs/colour schemes, measuring up etc.
Installations:
Installation of kitchens and bathrooms can continue as there is an exemption for tradespeople – the guidance we have received is that there is no limitation on what is deemed necessary, however we would offer reassurance to our customers that we do have a duty of care for consumers and our team by operating in a ‘COVID-19 Secure’ manner.
